1. Boaz Wachtel
Co-founder of Ale Yarok, Boaz is 47 yrs old and married with 3 children. With a B.A. in Education and an MBA from the University of Maryland, Boaz is active in Health Care and works with Ibogain as a drug- rehabilitation facilitator since 1988. He is responsible for promoting the subject of medicinal marijuana for patients in Israel. Boaz is also an expert on water issues in the Middle East and author of 25 internationally published articles in professional magazines. An inventor, Boaz holds 3 patents, including a method of influencing the temperature of roots which saves energy in greenhouses and increases food production.

2. Shlomi Sendak
Vice Chairman and co-founder of Ale Yarok, Shlomi is 46 yrs old, married with 2 children and lives in the Negev. Shlomi teaches spirituality, runs personal growth workshops and is the author of several books on marijuana, crystals and auras. He is a pioneer on the subject of legalization of marijuana in Israel and wrote the first pamphlet called "Weeds of the Field".

3. Ohad Shem Tov
Secretary General, Ohad is 26 yrs old and unmarried. He holds a B.A. and is now completing an M.A. in Political Science at the Hebrew University. Ohad founded and headed the Ale Yarok faction at the university (at the 2004 elections to the student council the faction received more votes than Likud). A prominent activist against the oppression of personal freedom and advocate of the freedom to hold large, safe gatherings with no interference, Ohad organized the 2005 marijuana day in Jerusalem.

4. Lior Perry
Ale Yarok's attorney at law, Lior is 40 and married with 2 children. Lior is an economist, lawyer and journalist. He writes for Yediot Aharonot local inserts and is editor and legal advisor of Yediot Haifa. He is partner in a law firm based in Netanya and resides in Beit Nekufa. He is a liberal and humanitarian and is an activist with the Ale Yarok party from its foundation.

5. Lola Vilenkin
Lola, unmarried, is 25 yrs old and hails from Moscow, though she has lived in Jerusalem for the past 15 yrs. Having completed her B.A. in Art History from the Hebrew University, Lola believes that art and culture are the foundations for peace and security in Israeli society. She promotes the subject of personal freedom, women's rights and equal opportunities. Lola has been an active member of Ale Yarok since 1999.
